So How well does the online purchase process work for a Colorado Fishing license work?

You can now purchase or renew a fishing, hunting or wildlife license online from www.wildlifelicense.com.  Wildlifelicense.com is the official license purchase website for Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Wildlifelicense.com is a division of Automated License Systems.

Now I did not know any of this when I purchased my fishing and habitat stamp license online from the Colorado DOW. I went through the link on my website. colorado_fishing_license. The online purchase process consists of
 

• Step 1: Identify yourself, including residency and personal information. (I used my Colo license number)
  
  If you are an existing CDOW customer, you will be able to retrieve current information from the CDOW Total Licensing system and simply verify its accuracy. If you know you are in the CDOW database, and your record does not come up, please call the CDOW for assistance. Once you have completed the customer information section, you will be able to update your address/personal information.
• Step 2a: License/Stamp Purchase: Select the license(s) and stamp(s) you wish to purchase and provide any additional required information.
• Step 2b: Hunting Application: Select the application(s) you wish to complete and provide any additional required information.
• Step 3: Confirm your selections, choose your delivery method, and provide your payment information. You may use Visa, MasterCard, or Discover to pay for your purchase.
• Step 4: Print your confirmation. You may use this page as your receipt. The confirmation page has a Temporary Account Number (TAN) which is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.

Sometime during the next 14 days Automated License Systems will process your payment, your information, print and mail the license to your mailing address.

Note ==> If you do not have your SSN on file with your state, be prepared to furnish it. It is a federal law and you can not obtain a license without giving it to your state

The process worked quickly and flawlessly. I printed out my receipt with my TAN on it.  But my license arrived in the mail just 5 days later. Before I could even go fishing
