Bass Pro Denver, CO - 2008 Spring Fishing Classic
Bass Pro Denver Colorado is holding their 2008 Spring Fishing Classic at the store located at 7970 Northfield Blvd Denver, CO 80238 Phone: 720-385-3600 from February 29th through March 16th. (ask for White River Fly Shop or download an event schedule below)
Events include a meet and greet of fly fishing greats Gary and Jason Borger, John Barr, Landon Mayer, Barry Reynolds, Marty Bartholomew and Pat Dorsey. Donnie Cox of Rapala/Storm, John St. John of Hog Island Boat Works, Jim Cranmer of Bass Pro Shops, Tom ‘Doc’ Johnson of Off Shore Tackle & Low Rance are some of the other fishing stars that will be there.
Topics include Bass fishing, walleye, crappie 101, steelheading, alaska fishing, trolling techniques, pike on the fly, beginning electronic fish finders and a ton of other seminars and live deep tank demonstrations from Friday February 29th through March 16th.
Fly Casting seminars and demonstrations will be held. You will have the chance to see and try out the latest in gear. Also attending will be local Trout Unlimited chapters, The Fly Fishing Federation and The Colorado Women Flyfishers. My favorite ladies of fly fishing.
