Water was warm and low at 17.5 CFS. Almost to the point where I won’t fish the Creek. Water clarity was excellent with bottom visible to 3 feet in most pools. Fair amount of moss on bottom of pools and runs. This is typical of Bear Creek in August and September.

Colorado Fishing License Extended

If you hold a Colorado Annual Fishing License, the license period has been extended to 3/31/2009. The Habitat Stamp period has also been extended to 3/31/2009.
Starting 4/1/2009, the fishing season will run from 4/1 through 3/31 the next year. (Ex. 4/1/2009 - 3/31/2010)
