Late Winter – The Successful Combination
• The "tiny" patterns of typical of Colorado Winter fishing may not be as effective as usual right now. Size everything up a touch. Seriously! Use size 20′s instead of 22′s, 18′s instead of 20s, see what happens. This unseasonably warm weather is evidently making bigger bugs.
• Blue is the new black. Pick the right blue, though (sparkly navy seems good). That’s why black is so cool: no decisions required.
