Techniques3 nymph rig with peach mini-egg on top, killer special middle and RS2 on bottom.  Most fish were on the egg in lower ranch and on many on killer special on upper ranch.
Overall Fishing RatingExcellent Total hookups were 30 to 35.  With all fish but four in the 18 to 24 inch range.
Fishing ForecastNorth Fork Meadows Ranch and North Fork Guest Ranch just west of the Meadows both fish really well in April and May with flows from 54 to 350.  Current flow is 720 CFS.  I have not fished the No. Fork South Platte at those flows.  (I would fish along the banks at this flow rate if I was fishing it.)
Comments300 was a good flow rate.  Kept enough food moving to keep fish actively feeding. Bottom rocks were slippery and wading was careful.
